Kristina Veit graduated as a stage dancer at the Hochschule für Musik und Darstellende Kunst in Frankfurt. After her Studies she left Germany and worked at theatres in Austria and in Switzerland with Choreographers such as Robert Poole, Philipp Egli, Anna Huber and Rui Horta. Since 2005 she works as a freelance artists in cooperations with companies such as

Manopy in Denmark, Cobosmika in Barcelona, the Tanzfestival Montevideo Sitiada in Uruguay and with diverse Artists in the international field. She presented her own works at Künstlerhaus Mousonturm, Landungsbrücken, zeitraumexit (Mannheim), melkweg (Amsterdam), Warteck (Basel), Archauz (Dänemark),Theater Saarlouis, Teatro San Materno (Ascona),Theater St Gallen (Schweiz). Since 2009 Kristina lives in Frankfurt and works with numerous local institutions and artists. Besides Norbert Pape and Nina Vallon, she is one of the initiators of ID Frankfurt / Independent Dance and Tanzpanorama. Since 1997 she deals intensly with Yoga and Ayurveda and has completed two traineeships in Yoga Teaching based on the Sivananda Tradition. She is teaching Yoga for different target groups: Beginners – Advances, for Pregnant Women and back-formation. Since Winter 2011 she is teaching at the Hochschule für Musik und Darstellende Kunst in Frankfurt.
