Paula Rosolen (AR/DE). Freelance dancer and choreographer. In 2007, she received her dance diploma at the University for Music and Performing Arts Frankfurt and in 2010 completed a two-year MA in Choreography and Performance (MACuP) in Gießen. Her piece “Die Farce der Suche – A solo from and about Renate Schottelius” revealed to her the connections between documentary theatre, performance theory and dance practice. Her work has been shown e.g. at ZKM Karlsruhe, Atelier Pact Zollverein, Frankfurt LAB, Mousonturm, Academy of the Arts Berlin, Theater Festival 150% Hamburg, ID_Frankfurt’s Tanzpanorama 09/11, European Festival For Contemporary Dance Poland and the Dance Education Biennale 2008. Paula Rosolen is recipient of a DanceWEB scholarship 2009. She is currently choreographer in residence at K3-Tanzplan Hamburg since August 2011.
