The first Dance Education Biennale in 2008 focused on how multi-media digital resources emerging from artistic practice might be applied in dance education. Four years later the number of these available resources has multiplied and diversified.
For the 2012 biennale not only can their application in education be discussed, but additionally as records of artistic practice these resources are making an important contribution to the cultural heritage of dance - the theme of this 3rd dance education biennale.
